HYUNDAI + GENESIS OF HICKORY HOLLOW

The Hyundai and Genesis dealership in Hickory Hollow is a 65,000 gsf renovation of an existing office building and site into a dual dealership and service center for Martin Management. Previously designed to house TV Productions studios and offices, the existing space is being demolished and rebuilt using a phased approach to allow service onsite to be in continuous operation throughout construction. SAW is coordinating our work with RC Matthews construction and Hyundai’s national design team to ensure utility, life-safety, and design continuity throughout all phases of demolition and construction.
